Authenticated Help Center

SSO Redirect allows your users to be redirected to your site to authorize access to your help center

This means you can now add private/restricted guides and articles to your help center and grant help center access to your site's users alone via SSO using JWT.

Dynamic Variables

Insert dynamic variables (eg. name, pricing plan, customer id or any variable you need etc.) in your guides & articles and we'll substitute them with the data you provide for each user via SSO.
