Generate Voiceover Not Working

Is the generated voiceover not working? When I click the Generate Voiceover button, it just spins for a while, and then gives an error: "Please try again!" Trying again doesn't work either. The voiceover generation was working fine for me yesterday, so I'm just wondering what has changed.
