Can't access support chat

I'm having an issue uploading a new step image to a guide. The popup opens but after selecting the image, all I see is the spinner, but the new image is not being loaded.I see the following error message in the js console:_app-fa190e70f872808e.js:4 Fetch failed loading: GET "https://firestore.googleapis.com/google.firestore.v1.Firesto… trying to open the chat widget to report the issue, this also fails. Clicking on "Chat with us" does nothing. I have enabled third party cookies, but this does not do anything.Thank you for any assistance.

Also tried again to upload the image again. Now I'm seeing this in the console: _app-fa190e70f872808e.js:4 POST https://o4505973350596608.ingest.sentry.io/api/4505973352562… 429 (Too Many Requests)

Tried again to open the chat window. Error in the console (not necessarily related) is: _app-fa190e70f872808e.js:4 GET https://widget.userjot.com/widget/v1/cmf414g0l00grmy0hc439f2… 403 (Forbidden)

Hello, this could be a temporary issue. Can you refresh the page once and try uploading again? We don't seem to have any issues with the support chat. Could you try accessing it from this page https://www.guidejar.com/
