Better image editing - arrows, text boxes and numbers

Existing image editing tools are nice, bu could be better. I use Greenshot as my primary tool for annotating images, and it has some nice-to-have features, that you could add to guidejar image editor: - arrows - bubbles with auto-incrementing numbers - text boxes (text with border and background as 1 object) - object z-index (so i can create several objects, select them and use "go up/top/back/down") with those features i can prepare a screen like this in 45 seconds:
