Allow manual vertical / horizontal position of a zoomed screen in Pan & Zoom

Edit Zoom feature is really awesome, however it would also be cool if we could grab the zoomed screen and reposition it manually once zoomed, or an X/Y Position slider prior to confirmation of new position.
